The Frank Truth
On February 19th, 2005 The Frank Truth first hit the Net with some Sinatra session history and a short album review. Since that time it has become the premiere Sinatra fancast, bringing fans of Ol' Blue Eyes the latest on new releases and other Sinatra news each episode along with restrospectives, reviews, essays and even Sinatra old time radio appearances. In addition to exploring the artistic accomplishments of Frank Sinatra in music and film, the program also attempts to place his work in the context of our cuture, then and now - and gives great emphasis to Sinatra's lifelong commitment to social justice. The Frank Truth examines and celebrates the legacy of entertainment and societal change left to us by Frank Sinatra, focusing on the positive and enduring influence of this legendary performer and activist.


Host Brian Noe delves into the primary sources (Sinatra's albums, his movies, his interviews and first-hand accounts from those closest to him) to shed light on Frank Sinatra's life and times, his approach to his craft, and the significance of his unparalleled artistic achievements. Of course, there's also the pure joy of sharing musical clips, an occasional video, the reflections of other Sinatra fans and music or information from related artists on the show as well.
